Real parent and community accounts of what breaks in IEP meetings — the primary, everyday evidence tier of this project, alongside Cited's rarer high-stakes court cases — used as seeds for simulated runs across three conditions, to look for which conditions most often produce a breakdown.
This is a different evidence tier than Cited. The quotes below are real, verbatim, and drawn from real people's own accounts (blogs, essays, one aggregated community piece), not adjudicated court cases. Individual sources are currently de-identified — shared personal accounts, quoted without the original author's knowledge, pending direct outreach for permission — so names and links are withheld for now rather than assumed. The dramatized runs are simulated extrapolations from those real patterns, not documented events. See README.md for full sourcing and validation notes.
